I'd asked about some leaves I couldn't identify on a hiking trip last year. On last Sunday's trip to Mt. Lafayette, I found it was in flower.
I think it may be Skunk Currant (Ribes glandulosum); the AMC field guide doesn't show the flowers, and I didn't smell it, but everything seems about right.
All my pictures of it are a little blurry; I spent much of the day taking off and putting back on the ND filter on my camera, and was juggling too many things.
